Shipping Information
We are currently using USPS for most shipments. Delivery options include
Priority Mail for 2-3 day service or Express
Mail for next day service to most areas. We make every
effort to ship orders received by 10:00 am that same day. Orders
received on Saturday and Sunday will usually ship the following Monday.
In times of high volume — December Holidays, we will make every
effort to ship your order within 48 hours.
At The Nut House, all of our gift tins, trays & baskets are made
fresh when your order is placed, not in advance. For that reason, large
orders and orders placed during peak holiday seasons, may require additional
time to prepare.
Many of our products are temperature sensitive and require a few safeguards
to ensure they arrive in top-notch condition. During the warm weather
months or when shipping to warm weather destinations, we may use freezer
packs and/or cooler boxes as necessary to guarantee the integrity of our
products.
