A: Because each gift is made on a per order basis, there may be slight
variations, but your gift will most definitely be a thing of beauty.
Q: Do you ever substitute products?
A: We strive to maintain an adequate, always fresh inventory. Occasionally
unforeseen circumstances may affect our suppliers’ ability to meet
our needs. In the event that we are out of an item, we reserve the right
to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Q: I don’t see exactly what I want, will
you make up a custom gift.

A: Yes we do. Please contact us and we would be happy to discuss the specifics

A: We have a wide selection of Kosher and Kosher Parve
Q: What is Kosher?
A: The Hebrew word “kosher” means fit or proper. When applied
to food it means fit for consumption according to Jewish law. Kosher dairy
are kosher products containing milk or dairy products.
Q: What is Parve?
A: Parve products do not contain any dairy ingredients.
Q: What are the nuts roasted in and why?
A: We roast all of our nuts in kosher peanut oil. Peanut oil is all natural,
low in saturated fat and contains no salt or cholesterol. Most importantly,
it preserves the individual flavor of each nut after it has been roasted.
Q: Is ordering from the website safe?
A: Ordering from this website is extremely safe. We use Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) encryption to protect our customer’s credit card information.
To verify that you are connected to our secure server, look to the bottom
of your browser window. A closed padlock indicates that all communication
between your computer and our server is securely encrypted.
Q: How do ship temperature sensitive products during
warm weather months or too warm weather destinations?
A: During the warm weather months temperature sensitive products are shipped
with ice packs and/or in insulated cartons. We do not guarantee shipping
chocolate products using standard UPS Ground during the summer. We strongly
advise that you upgrade your shipping to at least 2nd Day Air.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For purposes of ordering on line we currently accept Visa and Mastercard.
Q: I’d like to place an order, but don’t
want to have my credit card information floating around in cyberspace.
What do I do ?
A: For your convenience we have included a printable order form. Simply
click the Buy button for the product you wish to buy, proceed to checkout
and choose the Pay by Check method. You may submit your order via email
by clicking on the Submit button once you have filled out the order form
or you may print and fax or mail it to us. You may also telephone during
normal business hours and we personally take all the necessary information
to complete your order.
